Privacy Policy
Sovereign Serenity Care ("we," "us") provides non-medical personal assistance services in Texas. This policy explains what information our website collects and how we use and share it.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, book a consultation, or send a partner referral, we collect what you type in, such as your name, phone number, email address, and, for bookings, your address and a description of the care you're looking for. We use it to respond to you, schedule your consultation, and provide our services. We do not sell it.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, we and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at our site.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address and browsing activity on our site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also turn analytics off any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API (advertising)
With your permission, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API so we can measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. When these tools are on, Meta (Meta Platforms, Inc.) receives:
- that you viewed a page on our website, and the page address (with search terms and other details removed, except standard ad-campaign tags);
- that you submitted our contact form, booked a consultation, or sent a partner referral (only the type of action, not anything you wrote);
- your IP address, browser type, and Meta cookie identifiers; and
- when you submit a form, your email address and phone number in hashed (scrambled, one-way encoded) form, which Meta uses to match the action to a Meta account.
We do not use Meta's automatic advanced matching or automatic button-click events. These tools do not run on staff pages under /training or on short-link addresses.
We do not send Meta your care needs, health conditions, service requests, messages, or any other details you type into our forms. Meta uses this information under its own Data Policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/). This sharing may be considered "targeted advertising" under Texas law.
Your choices
- Cookie settings: use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page to turn analytics and advertising cookies on or off at any time.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising tracking.

- Browser controls: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and industry opt-outs are available at https://optout.aboutads.info.
